Army civilian life runs on a dozen different systems scattered across a dozen different websites. Here they all are — with a plain-English note on what each one actually does.
Heads up: Most of these systems require your CAC card and only work from a government network or with your CAC reader. Bookmark this page for the day you inevitably forget which site does what.

- ATAAPS — your timecard. Where you record hours and leave so you get paid.
- myPay — your pay stubs, W-2s, direct deposit, and tax withholding.
- Pay Period Calendar (PDF) — when each pay period starts, ends, and pays out.
🏥 Benefits & Retirement
- Army Benefits Center (ABC-C) — your one-stop shop for enrolling in and changing benefits.
- GRB Platform — your retirement and benefits dashboard; where you’ll eventually apply to retire.
- BENEFEDS — dental, vision, and FSA enrollment marketplace.
📁 Your Records
- eOPF — your official personnel folder: every SF-50, appointment, and award. Check it — it’s your permanent record.
- MyBiz (DCPDS) — update your personal info, view your position data, and access performance records.

🧠 Wellbeing & Rules
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — confidential support for personal and work issues. Know before you call: Army EAP doesn’t work the way most federal EAPs do — some installations and posts have no trained mental health provider on staff, and will simply refer you to make an appointment with your own mental health provider through your health insurance. Ask what your installation actually offers.
