Trust me when I say I really do support the efforts of MPD. For those that know they know that I am THE ANTI-SMOKER, and THE ANTI-DRUG, so when I saw this notice posted in the current neighborhood I am staying.
I thought to myself “Is this really going to solve anything?” and “I better keep my pace up and not start talking to the neighbors. . . ” 
I guess I kind of figured that every zone was already a Drug-Free Zone. . .???!!!! Doesn’t this imply that some areas are not?
