Position: Maintenance man
Responsibilities:
The primary duty of the maintenance man is to maintain the assigned building(s) and its many systems in superior working condition and excellent appearance. The building maintenance man works under the direct supervision of the Lead Engineer and is responsible for the coordination and, as appropriate, the supervision of all maintenance activities at the property in the absence of the Lead Engineer. This position is considered an apprentice position and the individual assigned to the position will be under instruction. Specific Responsibilities
Exhibit proper use and care of company property such as any company vehicles, tools, communication equipment, uniforms or any other item belonging to the company which the maintenance man may have access to during working hours.
Prepare time cards and time sheets in a timely, accurate and neat manner.
Operate building equipment and systems in accordance with the instructions of the Lead Engineer and within the parameters of the designed sequence of operation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled and directed by the Lead Engineer.
