District Residents only
Valid Driver’s license
(CDL not required during training phase)
Good Driving Record
(No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years/NO DUI’s)
Completed Application
“Consent to Release” Information Form
Resume
(submit with application, if possible)
HS Diploma/GED
Criminal background check
(No felonies within the last 10 years and not more than 1 misdemeanor)
Urinalysis screening
All qualified candidates should come with
the attached application completed,
a copy of your police report
and
a copy of your driving record
